Once both parties agree:

• Full names become visible
• Any validated conduct issues appear

If no Passport is shared, you may continue chatting — but transparency is a choice.

5. If they respond, the reporting party has two weeks to reply and request adjudication.
6. TrulyUs makes a final determination.

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation process is straightforward, and there are no hidden hurdles.

You may also suspend your account once all active conversations are closed. During suspension:

• Your profile is not visible.
• You cannot initiate or receive new conversations.
• Your Passport remains valid.
• You will not be charged for your subscription during this period.

If you choose to return, your account can be reactivated with your prior data and Green Room preserved.
